What is Vacation Care?

Vacation Care is a program of proactive maintenance for your Apple Hardware. Carried out by our Apple Certified Technicians, iConcierge will service your Mac fleet during school holiday periods when they’re not in use.

The service provides a full Apple diagnostic sweep of each machine and where hardware issues are found, iConcierge will repair them under your Apple Warranty prior to the start of the next school term. Vacation Care  allows Schools, Colleges, TAFE’s and Universities to keep on top of any minor problems whilst machines are under warranty. This minimises any downtime during the school term due to small preventable issues.

Ideally suited to educational facilities that have their own fleet of computers, iConcierge Vacation Care can also be integrated into user owned laptop programs.

Faults such as imminent hard drive failures and known warranty faults are often found and fixed during the diagnostic process. We test the following components - LCD, Hard Drive, Battery (where applicable), Optical Drive, Keyboard and Mouse.  Known cosmetic defects covered by Apple’s warranty can be repaired throughout the entire fleet - Increasing the resale value of machines.
